You have probably heard of the term m-learning, especially if you work in the same industry as I do! If not, the term m-learning refers to mobile learning. The brief explanation of this type of learning is that m-Learning is broadly similar to e-Learning, but has a focus on mobile devices, such as mobile phones, tablets and labtops.
But there is more to think about when you are developing a training specifically for m-Learning. Think of the limited memory, connectivity, battery life and screen size of mobile devices…These examples are just a few examples that in one or the other way will have an impact on the content of your training.
With some of the above examples in mind I’ve designed this mobile eLearning freebie in Articulate Storyline 360. I’ve not only changed some of the ‘player settings’, but I also worked on a totally different navigation than I would develop for a ‘normal’ eLearning course.
